OSS VAT per country
EU consumer sales get destination-country VAT under the OSS scheme, using the country Stripe reports for each payment.
VIES-verified reverse charge
EU business customers are checked against VIES. A valid VAT number gets 0% VAT with the reverse-charge note.
Non-EU exports
Payments from outside the EU are treated as exports — no VAT charged, recorded with the correct treatment.
Payment reconciliation
Each invoice is reconciled as paid in the right journal using the actual Stripe payment date, not the import date.
Duplicate-proof imports
Every payment is imported exactly once. Re-runs and overlaps never create a second invoice.
